少林寺僧侣 Shaolin Temple Kung Fu Warriors China

This is a demonstration by the most knowledgable Shaolin Warriors today, filmed in 2011 by the Chinese Network Television Station CCTV to help promote shaolin culture and educate everyone about Shaolin.

The video is a public resource to all Shaolin Enthusiasts around the globe who are interested in learning traditional forms of Kung Fu. The first form is demonstrated by Shifu Wu Bin who wields the mighty Da Dao or Large Sword. Next is a demonstration of Xiao Hong Quan a necessary form in the Shaolin Temple curriculum. After the group presentation young disciples demonstrate a series of unique styles of Kung Fu that all incapsulate the essence of Shaolin Kung Fu. Some of these forms are Da Hong Quan, Mei Hua Tang Lang Quan, and Pao Quan. After the single hand form routines are finished we continue on to the final group presentation of Ba Duan Jin and Qi Xing Quan.
