La fleur de sel et les sels du monde sont les ingrédients tendance du moment. Ces sels branchés, prisés par certains grands chefs, se paient au prix fort. Cette mode suscite d'ailleurs une certaine rivalité, notamment entre producteurs bretons, qu'ABE a rencontrés, et méditerranéens.
