Ok lets get some stuff out of the way before the storyline.
Leon & Cloud from Kingdom Hearts young Leon & Cloud (the past)
Leon & Cloud & Tifa from Kingdom Hearts 2 older Leon & Cloud & Tifa (the present)
Sora child Leon
Roxas child Cloud
Kairi child Tifa (the distant past)
Leon from Dissidia older Leon (the same as Kingdom Hearts 2)
--Storyline—
Leon and Cloud are enemies. (The reason will be revealed during the video) Cloud is evil; Leon and Tifa are both good. Leon and Cloud battle and battle until Tifa comes along. She interrupts them & sends Cloud into a childhood flashback. He re-lives the principle reason why he and Leon continue to be enemies. Then the battle resumes. (Sorry it is not more explanatory, but I like to leave some stuff up to the imagination!)
Some clarification about the note Cloud wrote it.
