we all know there are drivers on the road who shouldn't be.
my question is: who was watching little Diya? she was too young to be playing near the road alone

I am so, so, so sorry for the passing of little Diya. It saddens me, to think this precious child was out enjoying life, and her life was ended so tragicly. I hope the law changes to where all seniors must be tested at a certain age, so something like this never happens again. I for one would definetly vote for a new law to be passed, and call it "DIYA'S LAW" so no one will ever forget how this beautiful childs life was taken from her. I'll keep your family in my prayers.
GOD BLESS!
