I don't get it - you want to pay $40 for "unlimited" usage, and consume unlimited data volume.
If you can go to an "all-you-can-eat" buffet, and, in fact, eat all you can eat, that is allowed since the amount of food you consume is considered. But you can NOT eat enuff for 10 people, every single day... that's being greedy!!!
So you have unlimited "useage" - you don't pay everytime you use it - but not unlimited "consumption" - use it in moderation
remember, NOBODY RIDES FOR FREE!!!

@residualwealth Way over 5 gigs, especially when I got net flix on my phone. 4g, when im in a area I always download 200 - 500 kb/s(only a few times) in that area, 3g is always around maybe 100 - 150 on a good day.

"AT&T RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE YOUR DATA SERVICES WITH OR WITHOUT CAUSE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, UPON EXPIRATION OR TERMINATION OF YOUR WIRELESS CUSTOMER AGREEMENT."
Every carrier says about the same thing. It's their network and they can let you use it or not. It's Simple LOLOL

@jamesconga I read it too and all of the networks have similar verbage. The only difference is that AT&T or Verizon will tell you how many GBs you can download without getting capped or disconnected.

@Xelvielll You've done 5 gigs and they never throttled you or anything? What type of speeds are you getting on 3G or 4G?
-
LOL, stop acting like you're the victim. Raping their bandwidth and wondering why they cut you off. What a joke.

I have never had a prob with simple. Had it for a year now and its great.

I don't know about you, but ive used simple mobile for a year now (since they first started). Ive never had data problems, and i was using roughly 5 gigs a month youtubing/downloading/etc.
Its all about wording, Unlimited means you can download, and continue to use the internet at a uninterrupted manner. However, capping is not a "scam" they just reduce your bandwidth, and still give u access to the internet. If you want a good wireless provider go with sprint, honestly 90$ a month is too much for me right now, compared to the new simple mobile plans, 40$ unlimited with 3g, i can watch netflix at home or through wifi..i dont care, im saving a ton of money.
