I'm thankful for the ACLU - thankful that folks like this aren't on the front line of the war.

It's good to know these folks will feel morally superior as a building is atomized. Or terrorists detonate a dirty bomb. Or whatever else isn't stopped because of muddleheads like this.

Tell me Rosie Perez wouldn't want to attach Habib's balls to battery cables if she thought he had infomation about a jeopardized family member.

I agree, I'm against torture.

Yes, waterboarding was done on 3 confirmed terrorists. It is also practiced on our Navy SEALS to train them deal with panic of drownding--is that torture?

Yes, it is torture.

That is why Navy Seals are trained in it.
