This is a different POV of Stolen Earth and Journey's End.
The Doctor and Donna get an unexpected viewing of the Doctor's past with Rose. It turns out it will lead the Doctor to Rose as well. Then another unexpected turn of events happens as Rose faces another Doctor who can be with her forever. The Doctor now has to let Rose go to the other Doctor. (The ending is a different take then Journey's End sort of a new start)
