  • Jillian, I really enjoy your commentating. Keep up the great work!

  • I really hope Hoyer lost the election if he was up for election. We need to get these socialist idiots out of office. They are ruining our country with their socialistic ways.

  • We need more beautiful women on the correct side of government reform!

  • Wow,, so this chic is a cherry picker,,, these are the reasons why the right wing gets there way,, they yell louder they stomp they're feet and they cry like babies,,,, and she's an activist not a journalist,, she is a shill.

  • I attended & staffed this event! And I can point out atleast two lies. 1. Alot of people DID pool tickets on BOTH sides of the debate. It is common any time town hall questions are structured in this way. 2. There was actually a 65-35 majority for steny hoyer in attendence at the beginning of the town hall, but they quietly began to leave as they protestors became more rude and unruly. Just because the anti health reform supporters were louder does not mean they were the majority...

  • Jillian, will you marry me :)

  • Jill that was awesome! Shady Union deal..what does that tell you about the townhall? And I liked the donkey, too bad you had to ditch it. NOBAMA!!

  • I actually agree that the donkey should not have been brought inside as well as all the signs. This is not a protester initiated event. The stated purpose was for the congressman to speak with the audience. A distraction such as signs and donkeys would not have advanced that objective. We may disagree on whether that objective was achieved (or whether it was even attempted), nevertheless, a host has the right to set certain ground rules.

  • I agree. Typical hypocrisy on the part of Liberal Democrats. When that woman said she didn't recall any Bush bashing, she was lying through her teeth. It also slipped her attention that freedom of expression still exists in America. Also, Denying Jillian Bandes permission to enter the premises without her Donkey was completely and totally absurd. As for Steny Hoyer, I hope the people who reside in his district finally wake up and send that Leftist fool back to private life permanently.

  • Actually, if the woman would have said, "I didn't agree with those signs either," that would have been ok. To say that she didn't see them is evasive so that she does not have to actually criticize them. While not conclusive, the preponderance of evidence is that Democrats see Bush bashing as legitimate, while Obama bashing is not.

I think it was a valid point, though not actual proof. Ray from PA
