when i first started my pressure washer, a lot of smoke came from the exaust. the engin also get very how within the first couple of seconds running, is this normal or is this something to worry about?

Smoke from your pressure washer might be caused by an engine oil leak. If you have lost oil, you might be low on oil. Being low on oil can cause your engine to overheat.

Have your pressure washer checked out by a repair shop.
