@Jowfeelthefeeling exactly right! We do not use the word camundongo here. Just rato (a). A lot of of the translations to portuguese respect the differences between both countries.

mais alguém percebeu que na verdade eles estão falando de drogados e homossexuais ou fui só eu??? Achei muito inteligente. Ao contrário das comédias que vemos hj em dia onde apenas uma pequena parte se salva.

@Jowfeelthefeeling "rato" means mouse in Portuguese (Portugal), that's why the use of the word "rato" instead of "camundongo". Actually, this video was transulated to Portuguese from Portugal, and not to Portuguese from Brasil.

@baigandine Actually, the best translation to "mouse" in portuguese would be " camundongo ".
Probably, the person that translated this text was aware of it, but decided to use "rato", because here in Brazil the word "camundongo" is somewhat old, or to be frank, just not used in popular vocabulary.
As it may be evident by now, the disctintions between rats and mouses are not a matter of much importance to the average Brazillian. It's just a cultural perk.

Cara, pensei a mesma coisa ao ver esse vídeo novamente.
Quando ele começa a falar de preconceito e quando Cleese começa a dizer "você se dá conta que é isso que você quer ser" eu percebi esse lado.
Muito bom mesmo, Monty Phyton é um exemplo de humor inteligente que, infelizmente, não se vê hoje em dia.
