    this is a natural formation. HAARP would be more directed and would make a hole. since the consensus is that is uses microwaves it would heat the atmosphere causing a high pressure zone. dont take my word for it but use a good source.

I am older than I'll admit and NEVER EVER have I seen this kind of formation>> So, please kindly offer some background and photos for your remarks.
