It's amazing that there still are people in America that are so ignorant to think that a perfectly normal meteorological event - an upper-air mass and a lower-air mass sliding between eachother, causing turbulence exhibited in a mid-mass cloud layer - could be some odd-ball / nut-job conspiracy-theorist effect from HAARP!
Please exercise your Pre-frontal Cerebral Cortex, but the beer can down, turn-off NASCAR and do something the rest of the world calls "Learning", and educate yourselves!
