If you line your lips it should help even out the pigmentation, if it doesn't I would look into buying Lip Erase from mac pro. It's just like a lip balm, simply apply it to your lips, blot off any extra, then apply your liner and lipstick.
are u wearing contacts cause ur pupils are surrounded by like a glare
or is that just really a glare?
i usually dont wear red red lipstick but when i do, i kind of look like a doll heheh..
