Rudolf Steiner (1861-1925)
In the first decade of the 20th century, August Ewerbeck got word that there were intimate circles in which Rudolf Steiner gave special esoteric training to those admitted to them. So he asked his teacher whether he too might be allowed to attend, and received the astonishing reply: You don't need to! You have understood my Philosophy of Freedom!

  • All religions and philosophies has failed this far because of their monism. Even gnosticweb's Belsebub, Samuel Aum Veor, gnostic.org, christian science has fall down into it not to mention Steiner's own system. At least the russian philosopher Nikolaj Berdjajev said that you can't pull all kind of people in order to work with the same thing as if they were equals. That's why true dualistic gnosticism of Zhna.org has its caste system without Drug. Pure spirit, pure flesh all the way!

  • @ShahMashya Steiner's Monism does not mean everybody becomes the same or follows the same way. It is a Monism that overcomes Duality. Reality is not Dualistic. We just perceive it that way. By deepening our thinking we grasp the truth in things and overcome Dualism to see reality.

Materialism strives for Monism by ignoring the spirit. Spiritualism strives for Monism by ignoring the material world. This kind of Monism fails.

  • This seems more like a psychology of freedom and presses more upon the aspects of conformity rather than on the philosophy of freedom. This should point out to the viewer that nobody has an inherent "right" to tell anyone what to do. This was a notion accepted in Law many years ago, if we look at the Common Law Maxim "Equality, before and under the Law, is mandatory". This is an absolute truth in Law that few are willing to accept. I think the problem lies deep within the consensus reality.

  • This video just gives an aspect of Steiner's freedom philosophy. A good review done in the form of a comic strip called "Idiot's Guide" is at the philosophyoffreedom website.

  • I would like to know from who is the soundtrack?

This is something that everyone must see... beautiful!

  • @ShahMashya There is ample evidence that 'dualistic' philosophies also fail, atleast as much as the monistic. The problem lies elsewhere. philosophies, religions, methods and practices are but ways to the same solution.

  • thumbs up, faved and subbed

  • @AceOfHeart2012

it's when god is abstracted from experience of god -> into ideology

  • @AceOfHeart2012

you know some religious people could reply to this by stating that God created variation in cultures.

Of course, this is not what i think.

  • What I could never quite get my head around is that if there is only one God (allegedly) why do we need so many ways (sects) to worship this one God. To me the fact that there are so many different religions negates the whole God (as a person that is) thing anyway. If there was one all knowing all everything God we would know beyond any shadow of doubt and you wouldn't see the 50 religions we have today. It's just silly.

  • I'm reading Atlantis atm and nearly finished. Long story short, I'm that type of person who's brain is constantly searching for the truth and possibilities in everything.

I have been thinking lately and not so sure about Steiner here but have never tried anything he's suggested lol

Can anyone with experience and who's done all the things he said, please reply and tell me what it did for you? Was it worth it? Thanks =D

  • freedomphilosophy, from who is the soundtrack?
