Now this roller coaster in Brazil at name "Katapul" in Hopi Hari Park

@walker1104 and too tall I think . . . you could see the tops of the track from outside the park too....
-
@katiehession it was too tall. as you may already know, alton towns has a height restriction for their rides. i think their rides can't be over 70 Ft. Usually they come up with clever ways to beat that, like with nemesis and oblivion, but this ride had to be removed. it was loud, but i don't think the noise was as big of a problem as its height.

Now I know why its called thunder looper! Hahaha
-
This used a big concrete block in a tower to accelerate the train. The block was dropped and ropes connected it to a bar at the back of the train that pushed it along. It had decent neck-snapping acceleration.

Nemesis is in a pit, so it certainly doesn't go above tree height, Rita DEFINITELY doesn't go above tree height, considering that it's pretty much a flat circuit...Oblivion does, but only within the park...the point is that you aren't supposed to be able to see the rides unless you're actually in the park. Arsey residents, you see...that's why they removed the "don't look down" sound from oblivion, because residents were kicking up a huff.

its 180 ft

Nothing goes above tree height. Only Corkscrew did. It's not a conspiracy.
