I think it's because he's genuinely nice.
This video starts with Chris staring into the camera for 20 seconds, then we hear "don't move!" lol - "wave" - he waves.
I would just ignore that kind of crap myself - walk straight to the checkout.
But if Chris does that "EX-DOCTOR WHO SHUNS FANS!"

Well, I think maybe he has put on a bit of weight? But he looked like a starving jogger when he played the Doctor, so it's good if he has.

I don't think that's him. It looks wrong, his face is slenderer.The video quality is very bad.

Yes, it's crap quality because it's on a phone.
And actually, it is him; i doubted at first because he moved up to London not long ago. But it's definately him.
