BEST spots, eagle eye method.
CHEAPEST: Less Chins for More xp with the eagle eye method. Why? Each chin gives you more xp than chinning without eagle eye, so after you run out of prayer potions you use around 1.8-2k Chin for 200-300k. With the EAGLE EYE METHOD, you use up around 1.5k Chin and you get roughly 350k+ depending on your ranged level.
