  • Here's something that might help with the healthy eating resolution- a farm in Oregon is leasing land to customers, allowing them to manage a garden over the net so they can grow their own organic food. Its called My Organic Acres.

  • @eamonnoflaherty2 How cool!!! I really try hard to be good to my plants but for some reason they all end up drying out.... AND i do water them!!!! : (

  • Mine 2010 resolutions are:

    - No more junk food at work.

    - Pay off my Visa.

    - Gain 15-20 lbs of muscle. (lost 80lbs in the last 2 years!)

    - Re-learn French.

    - Take a martial arts class.

    - Socialize more.

    - No more alcohol. (personal reasons)

  • @wildkarrde17 Really nice!! Gosh i took french in school for 5 years and forgot it all D : I never really got the chance to socialize with the french to practice.

  • Dear Colleen, I was a personal trainer for years in Woodland Hills,The way to keep yourself trim is :

    Eat 5 to 7 times a day(never eat hungry).Drink a gallon of water a day( till your pee is clear).if you eat at restaurants , bring 50% of your food on a doggy bag to eat the rest at home.At home eat small portions , ( to fit on your fist),eating 50 % of a normal diet is a healthy habit.cut the dairies to a minimum, fats to non existing and salt to nothingness.Keep moving, motion is LIFE.Cheers..
