could i use toon boom for my charecters and after effects for my backgrounds is there any reason i cant encorperate the two .plz answer me back id very much like to know .ty

I'm not sure what toon boom is..
But there is no reason why you can't just create your backgrounds in aftereffects then export it out and put it in another program.
However After Effects does have a good character rigging tool (If thats what toon boom does).. It's called the puppet tool
