Who was the girl at the end??? Why was she regenerating. These are questions that are hard to answer but in my opinion wibbley wobbley timey wimey as Stephen Moffat would say. Well, the little girl regenerating is Melody Pond, whom is Amy and Rory's daughter. They haven't really explained that part very well, however, River Song IS Melody Pond, she regenerates in "Let's Kill Hitler". I'm not quite sure how she has the Time Lord gene, but I think it has something to do with Amy and Rory being in the TARDIS for the first time on their wedding night. If you saw the shadows in the library one (David Tennant) , with the astronauts, River was among them...

@FunnyWolfTV I think its more the fact Rory is a Timelord who doesn't know yet as the Camelian Arch has not been activated. I believe that Rory is the first and greatest time lord of his people and his name is Omega

Where were the Twin Towers? Under construction in 1969. Groundbreaking was in 1966, Tower one wasn't completed until '72 and tower two in '73. I actually assumed that River jumped out of one of the 'under construction' towers.

Just watched Planet Of The Daleks and I must say that Moffat definatly loves the classics you can see a lot of his ideas in Classic Doctor Who. So expect things very similar to Tom Bakers first Season. Gothic, Unpredictable and Zany

Glad to see you back to your old self, doing reviews of current Dr Who! LOL! I thought bits of it were gleaned or influenced by the Virgin/BBC novels. Can't say which in particular. I'm not going to speculate on who anyone is or what any of it means. I do fear Moffatt is in danger of alienating the casual viewer.

There is somthin i dont understand. in Lets kill Hitler River Song was revealed to be Mel (who had brown skin). So the little girl cant be River Song as Mel was brown since she was little

@Aspergianstar2009 no, rory isnt a timelord. in season 7 the doctor explains that its because amy and rory concieved melody in flight in the vortex which altered melodys genes giving her the ability to regenerate. when she brought the doctor back to life in lets kill hitler she used up her remaining regens..
