I havent done a video in a while and had some requests for some more 80lb Clubbell work. The toruqe on a 80lb Club is in the THOUSANDS of pounds. I call this beast the indoor Macebell because it feels like taking the 60lb Macebell for a spin with the benefit of not worrying about ceiling space. Catch Wrestling and Jujitsu training is a major focus of mine right now and adding a couple hundred pushups and sit up every training session I need to really focus my strongman training to what is most productive to my submission wrestling. Without question the Gama or Head cast or 10 & 2 with the heavy club and or mace is absolutely vital and the corner stone of all my upper body strength and endurance training. I crank out 30 reps in high speed nonstop fashion and it is a brutal but beautiful finisher to a training day.

  • brutality....

  • "...turn your arms into two things that people worry about."

Looks like you've turned yours into Thunder (Right Arm) and Lightning (Left Arm)! I sure do need to get these things! I'll start off really small since I've gotten shoulder problems. I've read a lot about nonconventional stuff over the last few years and am anxious to try something so functional!

  • Awesome job bro!!! That some brutal force right there. We can always count on you to take it to the next level.

  • Great work as always man. You can really see the force when you start the pulldown phase of the swing. Looks like that thing is pulling you off of your feet. Great inspiration to push myself harder. Thanks.
