You are aware that the Wisconsin dairy industry is quite heavily dependent on illegal immigrants?
Incidentally, while States' Rights are quite heavily protected under the original Constitution, we've made a rather large number of amendments since then. The founding fathers anticipated this necessity - if you look closely, they included a lot of regulations for the purpose of modifying or removing parts of it as necessary.
