i had a brain tumor 10 yrs ago in my pineal gland. i had it removed but have epilepsy as result of scarring on the brain. will this vid and audio do me harm etc?

For Jasinna: If you are not used to breathing deeply, you will get dizzy because of the greater volumes of oxygen you are taking into your system. When you breath deeply, you also have to slow your breathing to balance the oxygen intake. Breath deeply, but slowly... if youre still getting dizzy, breath even slower. Its partly about increasing lung capacity, not flooding the brain with excess oxygen:)
