That wasnt even "BIG", two weeks ago i was dirtbiking on a local trail spot, and i hadnt noticed that there had been a mudslide on one of the trails so when i apexed the hill i fell in a 8ft hole, i busted my left arm up, cut my thigh, chest, upper back, sprained my wrist, and i was lucky i had lifted my head up because just as i fell forward (i supermaned across the hole and bounced twice at 20mph) the edge of the hole had pointed stones sticking out of it. I was wearing a helmet and gear.

@MADCORE94 Yeah dude, my doc was like today wont hurt, but tomorrow will hurt like hell, and holy fuck he was right, i kept on getting impulses of pain that hurt like a mother fucker, then 5mins it would go away and comeback gradually, now ive fucked my knees up in football they hurt like hell when i go to stand up from a crouch position...fml lol

@XxExcursionxX1 lol i done the same we had a storm where i was living a was on holidays came back and went riding i didnt know the rain washed away part of the track i went to go riding on 5th gear pinned straight into a 8ft long hole about 5-6ft deep front wheel hit the other side of the hole went over the vars tore my ACL an my knee worst pain the next day
