Watch this simple video, recipe for making this easy beef chili at home.
This was inspired by football games, cold weather and just chili

Ingredients:
1/2 Pound Extra Lean Beef
1/2 Onion - Small Dice
1/2 Cup Diced Tomato & Jalapeno
1/2 Cup Canned Pinto Beans
1/2 Cup Beef Stock
1 Garlic Clove - Minced
Spices: 1 Tsp Salt, 1 Tsp Pepper, 1 Tsp Chili Powder, 1 Tsp Paprika, 1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper

Directions:
1) Prepare all ingredients, chop onions etc.
2) Preheat a medium saucepot
3) Start by browning of the meat, when it's done, set aside
4) Sautee the onions for 2-3 minutes then add the garlic and continue to sautee for 30 more seconds
5) Add the rest of the ingredients: Diced tomatoes, Beans, Beef Stock & Spices. Also re-add the meat.
6) Cook on a medium flame for 1 hour
7) Your delicious chili is now ready to be enjoyed
Eat it alone, with a hot dog or have a chili cheese fries!

  • @maggiebuckley Thank you! I used the chili to make a "chili cheese fries". Like your idea with the baked potato too. I like to make cooking simple and delicious.

  • I really Like the video! I still love your opening music. And This Is The Season for Chili! Good call on that. I like to pour some chili over a baked potato, and then garnish with grated cheddar, chopped green onion, and sour cream. I also like to put a judicious amount of heated chili in a Pyrex baking dish and then cover with prepared cornbread mix. Bake & serve w/ salad for a complete meal. I Really like your video 'cuz I want to start making my chili all from scratch. U uncomplicate it. :)
