Description from Jewish TV Network:

'In this recent Whizin Center for Continuine Education program, leading advocates for atheism, Christopher Hitchens and Sam Harris square off against Newsweek top rabbis, David Wolpe and Bradley Artson Shavit to determine what may or may not happen in the hereafter.

The possibility of an afterlife has challenged believers and atheists alike for centuries. Because its very nature defies conclusive definitions or proof, it remains a heated topic for debate and exploration. This debate is moderated by the Editor-in-Chief of the Jewish Journal, Rob Eshman.'

  • Near Death Experience = DMT. I can't believe no one brought that up. Several books written on the subject.

  • Bradlay talks about how science has made mistakes in the past but it's wrong to drop it just because of it like religion should not be dropped by it's mistakes too but that's so wrong to compared both as science learns from it's mistakes and drops what's wrong in favor of what's right unlike religion wich won't learn from it's mistakes and if that's not enough, they will keep preaching all those mistakes as if it's the ultimate truth...

  • I am a firm non-believer but David Wolpe is intelligent, well spoken and gives somewhat of a creditable argument. So much easier to listen to him rather than so many other religious fanatics.

  • Still , to this day , can't get around the idea that the world has lost so much in intellect.

    ;p( !!

Many of us, shall miss you Mr Hitchens.

@theinfiniteyes Thank you for posting -- Great video !!

  • @Cody111079 still all the religious in the world should be caring more about there belief that they base every action and decision in there lives and trying to further there knowledge on it. im tired of seeing ignorant believers.

  • @blindedbro But it is only a month old..

  • sad reality when a video of a topic like this has 896 views...

  • 1:14:00 well...I wouldn't love to have one, but I'd love to have one. WTF he contradicts himself in the same fucking sentence.ಠ_ಠ This is why I never trust theists

  • Theists crack me up. Consciousness, hope, trust implies we have life before and after death. Yet, dogs have consciousness, hope (see them waiting for you at the door), trust and they just die.

  • I am an atheist but i must thank Wolpe for saying that Housman poem. Completely loved it along with the rest of Housman's legacy
