Hi there
I am a qualified physical therapist and have been in practice for the past 12 years. This unit has some serious design issues in relation to the posture that ones neck is being forced into during movement. It also has some safety issues. I wonder is this approved by the relevant safety authorities for medical devices. This unit forces the head into a forward neck position. Traction is supposed to help forward head position of cervical kyphosis! Rounded neck. This is counter productive!

this is called "repetitive cervical traction " and it belongs to the pettibon system.
There are only a couple online places where the consumer can buy this
