whate happend to the cherokee also happend to a lot af native tribes whate was the trail of tears for cherokee was the long walk for the navajo people all tribes have there own history here and as a white?? i don't like whate have happend thene and sometimes still happends my skin is white but my heart is like the rainbow all colorsand there for love al nations in thise world

It was whites that did this to us...... I am not saying all whites are bad but, the ones like the people that did this to us are. They took our land, took our ways of life & killed to many of us.

@longtail4711 I am white --- it WAS done by 'whites', whites is a generic term for anyone that is not of a darker skin. Whites are english, german, welsh, irish, scottish, jewish, any and all of european decent --- read some history my friend.

I too am of mixed ancestry, including a good percentage of Cherokee. Forgiveness on all sides is needed. Time to begin anew, or stew in the past, and we all die.
