  • I do pincurls on barely damp hair. I get the best results when I really concentrate on smoothing the hair before setting it and I also use a blow dryer to stretch it a bit when I take it down. I get a really cute old fashioned kind of look. Hmm... I'll have to do a video on this one day.

  • Please do! I washed, applied leave-in and then used a blow dryer so the hair wasn't soaking wet. I'd love to see how you do yours.

  • cute..try adding a flower also..very nice pin curls seem to give the same result as bantu knots...or are they the same?LOL

  • I think of them as "lazy" bantu knots, since I don't wrap them as tight... but yes, you're right, they're essentially the same thing. :-)
