Nice job, but with the bolts on the end how are you getting metal out now that both sides have bends? Normally you would just slide the metal out of the end of the break, but the bolts are preventing that.

@notta3d gday mate, the bolt nuts undo, so you can take off the clamp plate of if you need too. Cheers thanks for watching

How 'bout explaining how you set up the hinge system.......and angling the edge of the stationary lintel......that would be helpful......!! Clever little system.

I just did a scrap metal clean up job and there was one of these but a little different style in the pile but I saved it, figured I might need it some day since I have plans for a hood on my generator..
