yeah the car was an sti uk anyway so it would be in mph.

sorry mate but you either need you eyes tested or your on drugs, if you look it says in big numbers (60mph) and in small numbers beside it (100kp/h).
to make any other car do 0-60 in under 4 secs you'll need atleast 450bhp, in a subaru you can acheive it with a good launch with about 350bhp/350lb ft.
