I choose to believe that the Hall of Records is as real as anything else. I believe this after years of studying 2012 researchers. Some, including David Wilcock, use astral projection to study the Hall of Records. Less advanced people still deny astral projection is real, yet our government and Russian governments have astral projection employees. The easy way is to ridicule its existence; the hard way is to do some research.

Personally I don't think intelligent life exists in Hoagland.  He and so many others need to stop living is a sci-fi novel and come down to reality.
