@WellDoneCroatia nowadays theres not much difference between WKF karate and Olimpic taekwondo, their combat techniques are just sportive and not very realistic, the sad part is that TKD is full contact / KO, while WKF is middle (soft?) contact no KO. Sad, very Sad.

Went to last three World Championships as a spectator and was a national level competitor in the 80's and 90's. This original style of Ippon Kumite was much more explosive, amazing to watch Frank train and compete. He was and is the Man !!

Kizami tsuki is my favorite technique...It is very effective both in kumite and at the street...

Kizama zuki is so important. You will probably use it more than any other technique in a fight. I've found that it softens the guy up and sets up your other techniques. So does kizama geri. It is a good idea to practice these techniques constantly, and with power. Oss.
