The need to Trust and Know your Self instead of mere believing. Go within, know truth. Truth is not outside of you.

How about trusting yourself first?
You are the closest thing to yourself. If God to you is something that is outside yourself, how are you going to trust something that is outside? Why take the leap forward to trust something outside of yourself, when you don't even have the bridge connecting your self to God?
Start with yourself first. Learn to trust yourself. When you get to know yourself fully, you may not even have to go outside, because you've realized that everything is within. You realize that God isn't outside of you, but that God is within you and not separate from you. The Real truth is within you.
Why believe when you can know? Really? Why believe when you have the opportunity to know. Know your self. Knowing is your own experience. Believing is just a faith that can change and that can be broken. Knowing and real trust, no one can take that away from you.
As a truth seeker, you want to know the truth. You want to make reality your own. You want to realize the truth within yourself.
No one can give you self- realization. They cannot give you divine experience. They cannot give you deep silence. It has to come from within you and from your own efforts.
The living enlightened master cannot even give you enlightenment. You have to realize enlightenment for yourself. Self-realization. It is your own journey. Yes the living enlightened master can help and guide you on your own journey. But that spiritual journey is your own. You have to trust yourself before trusting an enlightened master, and putting your trust and whole faith into that master. You still have to trust your self. You can't just trust them automatically.
The soul will lead you to the right teacher.
The truth seeker will find the enlightened master.
Just remember, trust your self.
There is no need to believe in outside things. No need to believe in an outside God. You don't have to believe, I'm not saying it's wrong, but you can know truth within yourself.
The most important person is you. Get to know your Self. Trust your self. Find your Self.

The gut feeling is a deep knowing that comes from within oneself. It is sudden and brief. It doesn't come from the mind.

Be aware of the feelings that arise, for example, when you think of someone, and a few minutes later they call you, or the door bell rings, and it is them. It isn't coincidence - it is intuition. Keep practicing this awareness. You can watch Acharya Shree Yogeesh's video on "What is intuition?" It may help you understand it more.

meditation question how do you deal with back pain when meditating...i like to hold my back straight but holding it straight makes it tense and the pain sometimes is so unbearable i want to cry...maybe that is becaus ewhen i sit to meditate i want to sit until i feel something bizzar and it takes me like two houres ....how long do you meditate till you reach some sort of bodylessness and how long did it take you to develop that ability

Also "When you know yourself fully" is one of the sentences you've said that is still ringing in my ear from this vid. so, you think you know yourself ?? I dont know even where to start asking and/or telling you stuff...are you aware that you (with all of your senses) are not able to see/feel more then 1% of the physical universe and that universe is just 1-2% of Hyper-universe (also known as quantum field of consciousness) and all of that IS you and you're telling people to know themselves?

dont get this comment wrong 'myspirituality" cause my intentions are not bad nor I want to undermine you (or your vids in any way) BUT you said some things which are not even close to truth like: "Ask yourself who am I and listen and in silence you'll get the answer.." if that would be that simple dear, there would be 1000's of enlightened people on hourly basis.. one of first steps of knowing who you are would be, for example, to really (experientially) admit that you dont know who you are.

Hi Tammy - Thank you for these thoughts. For many years I've tried to drown out the noise around me by playing music or having the tv or radio on even while sleeping. For the past 3 years I stopped that and now just before I go to sleep I've heard voices - just making brief statements, questions or calls or shouts at me. Have you heard of this, is this normal?
