@Caramel25Goddess If you can see the polyps, then it's gotten to the point where surgery might be best. They usually grow deep in the sinuses so if you can see them, they're probably pretty big. I had to have surgery 4 times as they can be persistent. Doctor's like to treat them with steroids but that doesn't work very well if the symptoms have gotten as bad as you say.. See a doctor, and flush your sinuses with a a salt water mix after whatever treatment to keep them from coming back.

I tried this but it didn't work for me. Both of my nasals are completely blocked. I can't sniff to save my life. When I look up my nose I can see the polyps. My next step off to the doctor. This is a special type of torture.
