@czegeny < Holy crap, THANK YOU for saying Kerosene. People thing jet fuel is some bad ass super stuff but it just regular everyday kerosene, for Helos at least, Jet liner fuel has a coagulant added so it doesn't vaporize and fireball during a crash. Maybe helos use the new stuff now but it's still just household Kerosene with that simple anti- fog additive.

he means that the first jet sound is the starter engine spooling the main engine up then it ignite the fuel till the main engine can run without the starter engine

This one was built in Italy in license. So thats why is she Agusta-Bell.

Where does the Agusta come in to play? Were they purchased by the mother company of Bell?

The Agusta company bought the license to manufacture the Bell 206 model.

No, the Bell 206 helicopters have only one Allison 250C20 engine. The sound you heard, is the moment when the kerosene is inflamed (at 00:08).
