  • Is there anything I can do that doesn't involve a yoga block?

  • You don't need a block for this class--you can make do without one. Or, use a phone book or 2, or a rolled blanket to bolster the back thigh, say.

    I actually don't use those blocks very much at all during the hour...

  • You can string these into a playlist yourself so that they all autoplay consecutively. Click on "Playlist" and add to a playlist that you name. Then go to your account, to playlists, and click that playlist (I named mine "Sadie's Hipster Class") then click "play all." Videos on youtube that are over 10 minutes long have some kind of inside deal with YouTube, not just anyone can make them.

  • will i lose weight on the hip and thighs areas if i do this? u see , i'm very skinny but i have large hips and thighs... will this help? and when will i be able to see results?
