  • Very nice video review.

Will you maybe have a chance to review a DCT model?

  • @salezmajjj

Thanks - Unfortunately - probably not - I've changed countries since making this one - still doing some work for Kiwi Rider - but I now live in Australia, and don't have the same access to Honda press bikes.

  • Was the transmission smooth???

  • @ushivasiddharrth

Yep - I thought it all worked very nicely, no false neutrals and it clicked into gear very positively.

  • Why oh why, do we not have sensible, knowledgable reviewers of bikes in the uk? much appreciated.

  • @drysedale

    Very kind - thanks

  • Honda's quality and modern electronic systems makes it good, but that tiny fuel tank is ridiculous. Also, try to put full size helmet into the cases... and try the same with one of competitors. Maybe I'm missing something, but seems like they spent a lot of money on hi-tech gadgets and finish, but it lacks some practical details. Also, it should be a little bit more compact and a bit sharper. I think that engine is the best thing on this bike. Video is very good, love it! Best regards! :)

  • Nice video review.

Enginewise VFR 1200 is a strong step forward. Frame, shaft, brakes and suspensions, in this order, are some other top points too for me, where its money clearly went compared with previous VTEC. After 10.000km I partially agree with mr.MotoCraze observations too (though bike has NO high-tech gazes outside the engine compared to the competitors!) . For what matters, I personally love this bike and plan to ride it for many, many years.

  • in 5:16 looks like ninja

  • proper review. mcn please take note.

even if this were edited down to half

the time, I suspect it would still be

more informative than an hour in mcn's

    hands.

    good job. thank you.

  • Excellent review. Others should take note of how to do a review with objective comments not so many subjective ones. There is a VFR at my local shop, and Honda is offering a $2500 rebate this month. I have been shopping for months and think with this review and the comments, and the rebate, I have just made my decision. Great job.

  • it's just like my honda CBR 250 :D

  • @dangerdavenz Thanks for answer. Too bad, I was hopping to see that review also.

Anyways very good review of this bike and hear all the thing I needed. I just didn't make decision which model to get manual or DCT..

  • @steelknight1

If you are considering getting rid of a real bike for this piece of shit you should just sell it anyways then.
