I think I saw one (in brass) at a somewhere else place (that had the Wal-Mart Impressions fan) at the Subway restaraunt (where it had the black (Oil-Bronze) Regency MX Excel fans) when I went on Summer vacation (in June) 2011. Btw it truly is a really cute fan with stencils.

Honestly I have no idea. IIs have stencil and IIIs have cane? Or the solid vs. stamped brackets? Those are the only differences I can really see.
