Damet garm Agha. I am away from Iran for thity years. I really miss bread in Iran. I hope I get back to home Iran and taste Barbari before I die.

Excellent mini doco, mate. That bread look delicious. I wish I had a grasp of the language so I could learn a little bit more about the bread.
I have one question though. Was the baker using a gas flame for his oven? It looked like it from the film. It looked like he could move the flame around the oven. Very cool.
Any chance of some English subtitles?
