@sigiriuk it's a pentatonic scale exercise, it's not supposed to be for show (though Myung has a hard time not to) it's instructional.

I dont like dreamtheatre's music at all, but all you idiots saying this sounds like shit need to grow up and more than likely need to go practice for a good hundred hours coz your shit at bass. He says its a c pentatonic and it clearly sounds like a pentatonic scale. His three finger technique is flawless. this is a demonstration of technique not musicality. you fuckheads should be glad he's taking the time to share this with you
