2010 Advanced Horse Trials at The Fork - XC - Part 1 of 2

It's a big year with the World Equestrian Games coming to the USA, and Rolex 2010 is just around the corner. Some of the teams you see here will be there. I was very happy to see Bob Meyerhoff and Smooth Rider moving up to advanced, you might have seen their exciting save almost two years ago in Middleburg:

Bonus - at 5:46 during my whip-pan you see the effects of rolling shutter, typical of CMOS sensors. This was shot with a Lumix GH1, kit lens, and Rode microphone.

Is the camera the Sanyo VPC-FH1 ?

@oxPonyGirlxo No, this was done with a Lumix GH1 and Rode microphone. You can't get such good sound and image stabilization from a Sanyo FH1.

I love how ou can hear the sound of the horses hooves and breathing. It's almost as if they hold their breath over jumps "I can make it" and then the grunt of making it after.

Cheezy? Eh. Not if your a true horse rider. (: Ha
