  • Is it common to gain while your on your period during the low calorie day? Today is my 14th day on the low calorie diet. Plus I was trying to add you on myspace, but could not find you. U still looking for myspace friends? Thanks

  • Yes-some gain during TOM. I'm still on myspace-go to my youtube home page and click on the link.

  • Watch one of my "Phase 4" videos. I talk about what to eat.

  • I have once last (o.k. - probably not LAST) question....

    you say we need to do the 43 days, then take 3 weeks off and then do phase 3, and then we can do phase 2 again...

    but, you also wrote that you just 'keep going' and don't take any time off, and haven't had an immunity.

    I would love to not have to take time off.

    What do you think is truly best?

  • I did finally hit immunity around day 60-something...it was not fun...so I say take the breaks!

  • You said they didn't have anything anything you could eat...are you not eating turkey? I was just wondering because i'm doing HCG sublingual too and I'm having turkey almost every day and my losses are .5-1 pound a day. I was just curious if you were doing turkey or not...

  • Turkey is NOT on the protocol list. Most people that I've heard from that have tried eating it has gained. I'm glad to hear you haven't. I personally never tried it during ph2.

  • Doesn't protocol say to stop at 40 days? My mix lasts for 30 I believe. Could I do 60 days if I wanted?

  • Any suggestions for the end of P2 72 hour / no HCG days ? I am nervous I will feel the hunger, :)

  • you are amazing! i had my first cheat day yesterday and i ate 3 organic tortilla chips, salsa, 2 mnm cookies and a piece of german choc cake- wow, thats a lot now that im typing it. I gained .8 this morning and who cares abt the gain amount, i let myself down. that is why im watching your videos, u inspire me and that you had a "cheat" day with a couple tastes... i appreciate your strength and get strength from you mamaclok!
