Clever vehicle is way to beat the traffic queues

The prototype of a revolutionary new type of vehicle only one metre wide specially designed for cities has been developed by a team of European scientists. The vehicle combines the safety of a micro-car and the manoeuvrability of a motorbike, while being more fuel-efficient and less polluting than other vehicles.

But SMART is smarter. Length matters more on the streets as traffic lines wont be redrawn soon. In avv 1m shorter cars in the half M city gives effect of 250km shorter traffic jam.

Vanderbilt has used the technology, and fixed most of the kinks in it, but they didn't invent the tilting three wheel vehicle (or TTW). The technology was around way before they started, but like I said, they fixed the kinks in it.
