Excellent question. The reason I say 3 shuffles and not 2 shuffles and a wing is because for it to be wing would require it to scrape out to the side and I brush out instead of scraping out. Granted I do brush on the out side of the foot, nevertheless without the scrape it's not a wing in my book:)
