Ryan Murphy Spills Details On 'The Glee Project' Winners' Roles

You're watching ClevverTV's big Glee update -- I'm Joslyn Davis in Hollywood and we finally have word on what exactly is set to go down on Glee this season with the winner and three runners up on the Glee project. Ryan Murphy just divulged a ton of info to reporters yesterday, saying that in regards to Lindsay Pearce, her part, which will be as the leader of another singing group, had already been written before they even knew her, and she ultimately became a great fit. In fact, Glee started shooting her arc before the finale of the Glee project even aired, so Ryan added jokingly that they had to cloak her under a blanket because they were nervous about everything getting out. As far as the competition show's two big winners, Damian McGinty and Sam Larsen, their plot lines will be major. Damian's character will have a special connection with Heather Morris's character Brittany -- "he's a foreign exchange student" who will be "shacking-up" with her and of course she's totally going to think and "believe he is a leprechaun with magical powers." Look out for Sam Larsen, the Glee project's other big winner, to make his entrance in episode 10 or 11, as a relative of Puck. No word for sure on how Alex Newell will fit in, but he will be coming later in the season, according to Ryan Murphy. This is some great 411 for fans of both Glee and it's companion show and I don't know about you guys but I'm dying to see how this whole leprechaun thing is going to turn out.
