Chi Kung of the Double Helix consists of three phases.
First phase:
Grounding: To connect and become conscious of the spinal axis and open the three main centers (anaerobic phase).
Second phase:
Intake energy consciously and activate the centers to distribute it (with the breathing, aerobic phase).
Third phase:
Double helix, spiral. Complete with mindfulness of the molecular work produced by its movement in spiral, as well as its positive results on our metabolism. It gets cultivated through the reproduction of repetitions (spiral and double helix).
Always start and finish the sequence with the Wu chi posture.
