a lot better, I am still waking up with a racing heart (before I take my morning medication) and have a very sore chest. This is frustrating. It feels like something isn't right, yet they continue to tell me that it is all caused from anxiety. I am going to see my regular doctor again today to get her opinion, but I think they may end up finding something with my heart because of how suddenly my symptoms came on with no apparent trigger. It's nice to not feel so alone.

I have panic disorder too and its horrible. I hate sleeping at night, it seems to come on worse around 1-2am. My bp 215/103 180bpm it is crazy terror and I usually have to throw myself in the shower to prevent passing out. I have rapid breathing and have a hard time functioning. Like you said y our panic makes the heart worse. I'm on beta blockers too to keep my heart beat regular. I feel your pain. please email me sheryl808@live.com

I don't really have any insight to offer. Just wanted to say I feel your pain. I've had these off and on for about 3 years. They suck and really scare me. I think the most important thing to know is that they're not life threatening. You're not going to die. Just accept them and try not to concentrate on them too much.
Good luck! :)

Did they rule out WPW Syndrome for you? thx. -Jay

Hey I am sorry you deal with these! I also deal with the same stuff, in fact I had a bad episode while I was driving. I got hit in a matter of seconds with a major racing pulse, shortness of breath, cold sensation traveling through my body etc. I had to call 911 and long story short they saw sinus tachy in the ER. I had a holter done and it didn't show anything. But lately if I don't watch what I eat it goes through the roof.

Bit of a late reply, but I've felt these for a few years now. probably 5 or 6. I'm probably about as lucky as you can be with regards to how often it happens. Sometimes I'll go weeks, maybe even a month or two, without feeling one. There have been a few occasions where I've felt several in a day, usually when I've been stressed or sick or something like that. I've learned to pretty much ignore them, but I agree about people who have thousands a day. That must be a living hell.

Everything you are saying is exactly what happens to me!! watching this video was almost a breath of fresh air knowing I am not alone!! Yes I have PVC's PAC's and an abnormal sinus rhythm. I feel each and every abnormal beat and my anxiety and panic kick in and it starts the vicious cycle that is really hard to break.

@hope4anxiety I understand exactly what your going through.. I`m a man in my 30`s and one morning about 5 years ago I was just lying in bed after waking from a good nights sleep. All of a sudden without any warning my heart started going crazy. It was pausing after every 5th beat and then would jump start again and do the same over and over for the next 2 hours.. I thought I was going to die. Went to my Doctor, He said it`s nothing to worry about,, But it continues to bother me until this day

My cardio will see me again next month for testing. does not believe there is a problem, however, my pcp and rheum keep notating their concern over the issue. cardio will do a stress test and a event monitor and i am sure then he will see that i have a tachycardia and not just panic disorder

i'm have hyperthyrodism 2y/o ago..and i just fing out that i have also a sinus tachycardia and my left artial enlarge..its sucks...i hate it so much...
Do you ever get bigeminy? I get PVC's too, every day, and always feel them! Have had them for years now. They come and go at will. I get a feeling like a fullness in my throat to go with it too. I also did the monitor. Do you get them every day? Nothing seems to make them better until they subside. Oh yeah, have done the panic thing many times myself. Not great. How are you feeling lately, this video is a little old I know.

@zapatista3 I wasn't sure what bigeminy was, but yes I think I have had that. I get the pac's/pvc's almost everyday, make me go into complete panic mode. I wish there was something to get rid of them & to live normally. I still feel pretty much the same as when I made this video. Thanks for commenting.
