A flavour of how I train and five reasons why resistance training is essential for female health. Women often worry that working out with heavy weights will make them big and bulky - I hope to dispel that myth!

  • @looseweightnowgirl Hi, it depends on the exercise some are in a rep range 8-12 some heavier weights will be lower. I use a variety of different training methods and sometimes I'll work for "time" rather that reps. Hope this helps.

  • can u tell me how many repetitions u did from each workout:)
