  • Yeah, that's pretty much why he has his deputy handle the lottery.

  • David Stern is a terrible orator. He didn't even sound natural. It's almost like he was forced to read that speech.

  • eh, they selected a power forward right? they could of picked Horace Grant instead of who they selected. did they need a small forward then? if so they missed out on Pippen.

  • This was the second time that my beloved Phoenix Suns had the #2 pick. Both times they lost out on future Hall of Fame centers. This one was David Robinson; the other one was Lew Alcindor, the future Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.
